Changing of the Contact staff for CrossRef

Dear CR Services,

Apology if this is the wrong spot to ask. I have recently stepped down as our Journal’s Editor in Chief and which to change my CrossRef roles to a new person on our journal board. How do I go about arranging that?

I held 2 of the 5 roles for overall lead contact and for manually uploading DOI new articles per issue per vol. using the manager platform.

Thanks for your message, and welcome to the community forum. If you can send us an email to with your Crossref username and/or DOI prefix and your new contacts, we’ll get everything updated for you.

Please designate/update the following official contacts: technical, business, voting, billing, and metadata quality contact. So, do let us know the name and email address of the people you will be designating for each of these roles.
